I was very satisfied with your arrangements, which were well organised and efficient. I appreciate your assistance in planning this reservation at such short notice. Thank you.

I would also like to comment on Mr Kien's (Halong Bay Tour Guide) exceptional services and professionalism. He went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure we had the most enjoyable experience in Halong Bay. He was enthusiastic, informative, engaging, professional, helpful, organised and friendly, not to mention very good looking.

Last but not least, I would like to also comment on Anh Nam's (Halong Bay Driver) great service. He came to pick up my family and I, from the Hanoi Train Station, but unfortunately we didn't recognize him so he followed us for some time before contacting Mr Kien, who translated to us that Anh Nam was there to pick us up. Luckily, Mr Kien answered his mob as it was 5.00 am, otherwise there might have been a big misunderstanding between Anh Nam and I since we couldn't communicate.

I will definitely recommend SinhCafe Travel to my friends in future. Thank you once again.

Dear Mr. Lee. . .we have just arrived home from two fantastic weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia which you and your Company organized for us. I just wanted to congratulate you all as everything went so well. . .your recommendations of Hotels was excellent at all cities and we were very comfortable and so well looked after by the staff at the Hotels. It was so interesting to learn of the countries and their history and the guides were so good as were the drivers who would go to so much trouble to ensure we were looked after and they were so punctual. The Whites and Spencers have now gone on to Laos. Whilst we enjoyed our visit to Hanoi. The LÁmant was a great experience and we enjoyed the size of the boat and the smaller group compared to larger boats that we saw on the Mekong. We did a bit of paddling through the floods in Siem Reap but where we couldnt go the Tuk Tuk was always there, and of course the highlight was Ankor Wat and Ta Prohm truly amazing.
Thank you once again we will have no hesitation in recommending your Company to our friends and fellow travellers in the future.

Mr Hong and Mr. Hieu were excellent tour guides and has made our trip enjoyable.

Hi,

My group of 12 went to Ho Chih Minh City from 7 to 11 Sep 2011 with your tour guide Mr Deang. We were happy with your services.

I am now recommending your company to my sister. She has a group who may be interested in going to Hanoi and Sapa. Can you please recommend the 'must see' places of interest and 'must do' activities eg stay in a junk on Halong Bay etc

Please give her an estimate of the cost - transfers to and from airport, transport, meals, nice clean hotels located in safe and convenient areas. She has not decided how many are going. You may want to quote based on 10 persons, 15 persons, 20 persons.

Please propose a good package (not keen in pagodas and temples unless they are very historic or unique) and give us your best rate. We have no idea how many days will be needed for the tour, maybe 5 to 6 days (pls recommend). Please send your email to pangs@hotmail.com and cc to agne_pang@moe.edu.sg

“16 day tour of Vietnam”

This trip was awesome. Organisation was excellent and the tour guides were very knowledgeable and attentive. Vehicle was a transit van which was pretty cool considering there was only 4 of us on the tour. I would recommend this to anyone.

“Our third trip to Vietnam in three years.”

We have just returned from 10 days in Vietnam and it was just as amazing as it has been in previous years. Once again Mr Le from Asia Pacific Travel organized all details to perfection. This year we went to Sa Pa, Halong Bay and made return visits to Hanoi and Hoi An. We stayed at the Vinh Hung resort in Hoi An and were welcomed back with open arms. Our travels in Vietnam with Asia Pacific have been the most enjoyable, stress free and economical touring we have ever done in many years of travelling all over the world.

“Amazing experience way beyond we paid for!”

We paid for 2 star cruise, got upgraded to 4 star, for free! And the overall experience was 12 out of 10. The agent, Ms. Hai, was very friendly and patient when we contacted her through her personal number. The tour guide was cool as well, though his English is not perfect yet still understandable. The crew on board were awesome! The food is overflowing, too much of too many great food! We definitely recommend this agency. I have zero complaints.

“Hanoi - Sapa - HaLong Bay

A compliment to Ms Hai (Sale Exe) who arranged the itinerary for me and my family! She do follow up service and keep on track with my tour schedule. Also thank to Mr Quan (My private tour guide in Sapa). He explained the story and history of Sapa to me. So that I am further understand about Sapa!! Overall for this trip is good! Just the trip to HaLong Bay the time arrangement could be more punctual instead of need to wait for so long. (Even transfer back from HaLong Bay to Hanoi) also not on time at all
Punctuality is important.
Tour guide for cruise dint communicate much with us.
But in conclude I am still satisfied with your services.
Vietnam I will come back again next year!! It's an amazing country!

“Ha Long Bay Trip 2 Days 1 Night”

Day Tours from start to finish is perfect, more pick up option : at hotel, airport, office apt, or some place at old quarter, more advice which CS give to me for to know hanoi situation because I'm arrived at hanor in the midnight, and the tour on board was amazing , so nice and memorialbe, we can make new friends on board from other country, kayaking, swimming, cooking class vietnam food, and cuisine on the board its perfect, we can request the menu if we on diet or something we can't eat such as Can't eat Pork. thanks to Miss HAI who arranged the tour, to Mr. Lucky and Mr. Tomy for guiding me on bus and on board , it was my pleasure and someday I will be back again, InsyaAllah...
