Also, thanks for arranging my delayed bag to be sent to Mercury Hotel in Hue. I would appreciate if you could scan and email me the delivery receipt (when the bag was sent to your office showing the date and time of receive) for my delay baggage insurance claim purpose. I have checked the bag and with Mercury Hotel but not delivery note or tag was attached to the bag. If you don't have a delivery receipt from Air Asia, could you ask them for a letter or a short note that it was delivered to me at Mercury Hotel on 21 Jan 2015 when we returned from Phong Nha Caves tour at night or something. We had an amazing trip to VN. We especially enjoyed Hanoi, Ha Long and Sapa.
Hue, Da Nang and Hoi An are beautiful. We wished we could have stayed in Da Nang longer. The beach there was just fantastic...next trip perhaps. Our guide in Central VN was very friendly and recommended very good local restaurants for us. The drivers were always on time and courteous. We are very happy with the service.
When I talked about the trip with family and friends, everyone wants to go and visit :). I will get in touch with you for future trips.

Dear Le ThucThank you for the mail we are both fine after a very happy time in your country. The schedule moving north to south is a bit hectic at times but we came through, although at times a bit tired.
We have seen to so many wonderful things & coped with crossing the roads in Hanoi & Saigon with ease in the end, but at the start it was a little daunting taking the first step into the road.
I will start of with the fact it was always great to come out off the airport gate to find a driver or guide waiting for us & being taken to our hotel to book in. Lastly being picked up on time on Tuesday evening to be taken back to Ho Chi Minh International at the start of our homeward journey was great as we had booked out of the hotel early in the morning & come back to meet our guide.
The hotels you selected for us were all very good & we received excellent help from the hotel staff. We found them all to be in excellent positions to walk to a lot of the local attractions markets & restaurants etc. For us we found the Ving Hung 2 in Hoian the most pleasant perhaps being smaller & having a street side balcony in a lovely town.
Memories of Ha Long Bay will stay with us forever even though the weather was overcast & there was no sunset or sunrise to photograph I have some superb photographs of the Islands, boats & caves.
All our boat trips were great even in Nha Trang where once again the weather did not play its part.
The guides were very good & always picked us up on time. The gentleman in Nhe Trang I would rate as best with a superb command of English & he gave us some great information on Vietnamese life. The young man we had from Hue to Hoian was a lovely person & I think we all enjoyed each other’s company. Lastly our guide in Saigon tried to rush us through places too quickly even though time was not a problem.
The meals that were organized for us were superb especially lunch in the Blue Whale on China Beach Danang & the Secret Garden in Hoian standing out for us. All the seafood we were given was magic. We have lived all our lives near the sea & always had a yearning for fish.
Transport was of a high standard & travelling around with just a guide & a driver for the last 8 days made us feel special. I make a comment about the journey from Hanoi to Halong City as being uncomfortable at the moment due to road construction – this is no criticism of the tour.
We visited Tham in Hanoi & she was an extremely helpful & lovely young lady.
AlI I can say in conclusion is thank you for all your help & thank you Vietnam Open Tours may you go from strength to strength. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I hear thinking of visiting Vietnam. There is going to be contact with a friend of friend in the next few days wanting firsthand knowledge of Vietnam.

Dear Mr Lhe Thuc,In general my people are happy with the Vietnam Hotel, the guide is very good with the way he talks and accommodated the group, very considerate, he is very honest and so courteous, with the foods everything is right and very palatable, with the presentations and all it is quite excellent. In Cambodia some feedbacks only is the transfer from Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap which took us around 14 hours including transfers of Bus, hence, bus is very good with the snacks also, some how, in Cambodia since I have with me some Senior Citizens with the Group, they wishes to normally go with the mini bus not to walk everytime especially the Angkor Wat would take an hour to reach so the Bus should bring the guests if possible bec during the tour they simply walk and walk.
Further, hotel is ok some rooms only got problem with say likages in some portion like in Labatory for Rm 309, Rm 310 also liking in the toilet portion in Lucky Angkor Hotel. The guide is quite accommodating also but not as Mr Khua was. Foods are ok also especially the Buffet LUnch after Angkor Wat and all.
I am satisfied in general and happy to have you as my tour operator expect me that in the near future you will always have my group then.

Dear Le Thuc,I just want to tell you that we enjoyed our tour very, vey much. The van and the driver were perfect, the boattrips were perfect, the hotels were perfect, the meals were perfect. And the guide, mr. Khoa, must be one of your best guides. He knows so much about Vietnam and the Vietnamese people. Also as a person we like him very much.
