Small group travel is all that we do, from the beginning. It is just 12 to 24 guests on our own custom-designed tours. We’ve found that’s a great number to let you connect with the people you meet without feeling like you’re just a face in a crowd.
Travelling on a small group holiday allows us to have more flexibly and efficiently; enjoy more spontaneous encounters; and experience a degree of freedom and independence simply not available to travelers on conventional group tours of 40 or more. We travel and eat with the local people, sleep the local way and visit places inaccessible to larger groups. In a small group it’s much easier to get off the beaten track, meet the people and experience authentic local life. And we save precious vacation time for the matter of logistics or nuances of language & culture.
The groups are made up of mixed ages, mixed interests and mixed nationalities, but everyone’s guaranteed to have at least one thing in common: a shared love of travel and adventure.
Solo travelers, couples and friends travelling together – all are welcome and the mix is what makes the groups work so well. It’s not unusual for lifelong friendships to be formed on our tours.
